Certificates

Quality can be planned! At Genusskoarl we live our purity laws. In order to be able to prove this to our customers, we audit the company annually by external independent auditors.

There are several standards according to which we are certified. On the one hand, we have implemented an internationally recognized quality management system with the IFS Global Markets Food 2 Standard. For many resellers this is a prerequisite for offering the products to their customers. You can find more on this topic below.

On the other hand, we have another certification with the AMA Genussregion, which, on the one hand, checks good manufacturing practices and, on the other hand, that all raw materials for products with the AMA Genussregion quality seal come from Austria.

certified organic production

The EU Regulation (EC) No. 2018/848 regulates what organic food is within the European Union. In doing so, it lays the foundation for all organic products. All well-known organic standards, such as BIO AUSTIA, BIOLAND, Demeter, and much more. are further developments of this uniform set of rules.

In addition to organic farming, a crucial aspect is the controlled traceability of all raw materials. Every organic producer must prove to an independent, accredited inspection body at least once a year where their organic raw materials come from. It is then checked whether the quantity delivered matches the goods produced as part of a quantity flow calculation. In addition, aspects of the GHP are also being reviewed.

A control contract was concluded with Austria Bio Garantie for these annual inspections. The organic certificate precisely lists the company's organic products and organic services. These certificates are always publicly available.
