We answer your questions

Because transparency is important to us.

Where do your products come from?

Our raw materials come from Bio Austria farmers in Austria. Some even come up close. For example, the lupins grow just a few km away from our spice factory in Wolkersdorf. You can find out more about our raw materials here . We carry out all further steps - from the delivery of the raw materials to the finished wort - ourselves in our wort factory in Wolkersdorf.

What does no additives mean?

Our seasoning sauces and misos are made without dyes, preservatives, emulsifiers, sweeteners, stabilizers, flavors and added flavor enhancers. Fermentation creates a wonderful, spicy umami taste that acts like a natural flavor enhancer.

Do you really produce in Austria?

Yes, we produce exclusively in Austria! In our seasoning factory in Wolkersdorf, we carry out all the steps from the delivery of the raw materials to the finished seasoning ourselves. We ferment, brew, bottle and package every seasoning and miso with a lot of dedication and handwork.

Where can I buy you?

You will find the full selection in our online shop and in the factory outlet. If you prefer to go to a store near you, you can find our seasonings here .

I always have the WienerWürze with me during my barbecue courses. It is a regional alternative to soy sauces from Asia and gives dishes the finishing touch. I love the harmony with poultry. Tip: try a tablespoon in your bread dough – the taste is fantastic 😉

We use “Viennese seasoning” in very different ways in our kitchen. It gives many dishes more fullness and substance. The quality and philosophy - produced organically and using existing foods from our circle of life to create a great product - fit perfectly with our “respect, taste” philosophy.

These products are truly an achievement that chefs have been waiting for forever. An alternative – naturally made and soy-free. WienerWürze is the answer to Maggi and soy. As a Tyrolean, the Tyrolean spice is of course very close to my heart. I wish the team all the best and much success!

Often you taste a dish and think: Something is missing - but what? This is exactly where Viennese spice comes into play for me. It simply fits everywhere: for refining or simply for seasoning. The TirolerWürze brings the rustic touch to my dishes. My husband especially loves the Schoarfe seasoning. Now I'm looking forward to the fresh salads from my garden again. The salad seasoning brings the fruit into my salads - just mmhh!
