Description
The Teriyaki Grill Rub is the second product that emerged from a cooperation with Ehrenwort . The press residue that accrues from the WienerWürze was dried and ground. This powder forms the basis of the Teriyaki grill rub. This enabled us to develop a very special spice mixture from a by-product.
After the umami powder has been gently dried and finely ground, it is mixed with selected spices from Ehrenwort. Moments of enjoyment are mixed into the unique Teriyaki grill rub and then packaged.
