We did it again and were able to use ours Organic chickpea miso the coveted award “Organic Product of the Year” to back up. After Viennese spice Our miso can now also adorn itself with this title. We are proud to have won this award for the second time.
The award is normally presented as part of the organic Austria fair awarded by BIO AUSTRIA, BIORAMA and Messe Wieselburg. Unfortunately, this had to be canceled due to corona, but the best foodstuffs were still awarded prizes. Our Organic chickpea miso convinced the expert jury and won the award “Organic Product of the Year 2022” won in the “Farm & Craft – Lower Austria” category.
We are pleased that, after the successful feedback at public trade fairs and from specialist retailers, our miso can now also receive this award from the jury consisting of organic and taste experts.
The chickpea miso is made purely from Austrian ingredients. Our organic chickpeas come from nearby fields in the Weinviertel. The organic chickpeas and organic barley are gently fermented and then ripen for at least 10 weeks until the miso acquires its unique, full-bodied taste.
Like all of our products, the chickpeas are vegan and made exclusively from Austrian organic ingredients.
