This year we can present you two new products. The year 2022 at Genusskoarl is all about soybeans. In March we were able to present the organic soy sauce. A classic and well-known soy sauce with the extra that it was grown and brewed in Austria.
In addition, there has been another since October Organic Mugi Miso . This is fermented from organic soybeans and organic barley together with salt and water. The Mugi Miso is now the second miso in the range alongside this Organic chickpea miso that to Organic product of the year 2022 was chosen.
I am looking forward to tasting these two new products together with visitors to the bioÖSTERREICH trade fair.
