PLEASURE KOARL AT WEFAIR LINZ
This year the WeFair, Austria's largest sustainability trade fair, will take place in Linz again. The WeFair, previously known as WearFair +mehr, will take place again in the Design Center Linz in autumn. At Austria's largest sustainability trade fair from October 7th to 9th, 2022, around 160 exhibitors will present their ideas, products and services for sustainable coexistence, namely from the areas of fashion, nutrition and lifestyle. Every exhibitor, whether a long-standing pioneer or an innovative newcomer, is examined by independent experts according to strict criteria. This ensures that visitors can shop with a clear conscience.
On 5,000 square meters of space over the three-day trade fair weekend, WeFair visitors will find a sustainable alternative for every consumer decision: women's, men's and children's clothing, shoes, accessories, natural cosmetics, household utensils and home textiles as well as food can be discovered, tried out and presented directly under one roof be purchased locally. A varied supporting program with discussions, films, workshops and much more offers a variety of inspiration for a sustainable life.
Of course, as a green event, WeFair pays attention to environmentally friendly planning and implementation of the event: from easy arrival by public transport to barrier-free access and reusable exhibition stands made of cardboard to waste separation and reusable tableware in the restaurant area, which is again provided by the regional businesses of the BioRegion Mühlviertel is played.

ABOUT THE WEFAIR
Austria's largest sustainability trade fair took place for the first time in 2008 under the name WearFair in Linz and over the years has developed into a 360-degree trade fair for all consumer areas with up to 15,000 visitors and more than 200 exhibitors. In 2021, the trade fair will have a new name, WeFair, and a revised design. In spring 2023 she will come to Vienna for the first time to the Great Marx Hall.
Behind WeFair is the non-profit association “Wefair – Association for the Promotion of a Fair and Ecological Lifestyle”, which is supported by the three NGOs Südwind, GLOBAL 2000 and the Climate Alliance. The fair is supported by the State of Upper Austria – LR Stefan Kaineder, the Chamber of Labor, PYUA and many other committed supporters.
