One of the classics when friends come to visit. It's easy to prepare and also freeze if there's too much. Chili is probably the dish with the most recipe variations worldwide. Here is our interpretation with the Viennese spice.
Ingredients for 6 people:

- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1 small can of corn
Preparation:
The minced meat in a pot with the oil Fry them, after about 5 minutes add the finely chopped ones Onions , chopped Garlic , that Tomato paste , deseeded and cut into cubes paprika and Chili peppers Add and roast before using tomato pieces, the Viennese spice and Water is poured. Simmer for another 30 minutes (or longer if desired), stirring occasionally. Add water if necessary. Just before serving Corn and the Beans stir in.

Tip: For a vegan “ Chili sin Carne ” version, tofu can be used instead of the minced meat. We recommend smoked tofu, which is previously cut into small, fine pieces and fried particularly well. This gives you pleasant roasted aromas and a better bite.
