Runner bean spread

A quick, easy and incredibly delicious recipe is our runner bean spread with Viennese spice - 100% delicious, 100% vegan and 100% Austrian

Organic ingredients for the spread:
a can of runner beans
2 tbsp Viennese seasoning
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Rinse the runner beans well and mix them together with the oil and Viennese seasoning in a tall glass using a hand blender to form a creamy spread.

Organic ingredients for the rye dinkl bread:
300g rye flour
700g spelled flour
1 liter of mineral water
3 packs of dry yeast
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vinegar
5 tbsp Viennese seasoning
3 tbsp bread spice

For the bread, mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and pour into two greased loaf pans. Put the molds in the cold oven and bake at 180°C with top and bottom heat for about 1 hour 30 minutes. You can easily tell whether it is fully baked by looking at the core temperature. It should be 95°C. After baking, turn it out of the mold and let it cool.
