The annual Gault&Millau Gourmet Fair is one of the hotspots of top Austrian gastronomy. Over 100 award-winning chefs from all over Austria show off their skills here in show kitchens. Visitors can not only taste the freshly prepared creations, but also learn tips and tricks from the wealth of experience of these culinary masters.
First of all: under the leadership of the vegan award-winning chef Siegfried Kröpfl has the Hospitality School Vienna (GAFA) created a vegan dish and refined it with Tyrolean spices. A special award for the Genusskoarl!
