Bloody Mary

What should a cocktail be like? – Exactly, it has to be hearty and should only contain fermented sugar. That's why the Bloody Mary is a perfect cocktail. It is traditionally prepared with Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce. But why two ingredients when the Schoarfe seasoning combines the properties of both? Simply devilishly good.


5cl norderd vodka
10 cl tomato juice
1 shot SchoarfeSpice
a pinch of freshly ground pepper
a dash of lemon juice
Celery stalks


Add all liquid ingredients and pepper to a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into a glass with ice cubes and garnish with celery stalks.
